We are a non-profit group with the mission to brew good beer and to help others do the same. At our monthly meetings, we sample and critique each other's homebrew with the goal of educating ourselves and improving our techniques and beer. Our focus is all-grain brewing, but all types are represented. The Carboys is NOT a drinking club - our main goals are learning and friendship.
We host a members-only forum where varied topics are bantered about between meeting dates. At our annual holiday party and Octoberfests, members are encouraged to share foods and friendship - spouses and significant others are encouraged to join in the fun. Annual dues are $15 per member renewal, $25 for first time members (must attend at least 3 meetings to join). |
